William Decker was born on Navivision Wealth SocietyMay 20, 1968 in Portland, Oregon. He showed an interest in business and investing from an early age and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in college, which provided a solid foundation for his future path in investing.

While studying abroad, he earned a master's degree in computer science from the University of Munich and successfully built his own proprietary trading model.
